FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view of FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the left side being identical thereto; and,

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the bottom view being identical thereto.

The ornamental design for a dry-erase board with paper pocket, as shown and described.
