FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a flower pot cover showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan cross-sectional view taken in the direction of arrows 2--2 in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a reduced top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a reduced bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a reduced side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a reduced side elevational view, the only difference being the angle of the skirt;

FIG. 7 is a reduced side elevational view, the only difference being the angle of the skirt;

FIG. 8 is a top perspective view of a second embodiment of our new design;

FIG. 9 is a reduced side elevational view of FIG. 8, the only difference being the angle of the skirt;

FIG. 10 is a reduced side elevational view of FIG. 8;

The flower pot cover has no substantial thickness.

The characteristic feature of the design resides in the specific pleating arrangement comprised of the parallel disposition of the exterior folds in combination with the interior V-shaped folds, all as best shown in FIG. 1.
