FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines are shown in FIGS. 1-4 for illustrative purposes only and indicate the nature and use of our new design.

The fragmentary views of FIGS. 1-4 indicate indeterminate length and show the portion of the direct-indirect luminaire considered to be our new design.
