FIG. 9 is a rear elevational view;

FIG. 10 is a top view;

FIG. 11 is a bottom view; and,

FIG. 12 is an isometric view, all of the same shell part.

The support frame and leg members have been omitted from FIGS. 7 through 12 for ease of illustration
