FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view of the element of the shoe upper shown in FIG. 1; and,
FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the element of the shoe upper shown in FIG. 1.
The broken line showing the remainder of the shoe upper including the eyelets, and of a shoe sole, is for illustrative purposes and forms no part of the claimed design.
