FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of the brush only, shown separately for clarity of illustration;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view of the stand only, shown separately for clarity of illustration; and,

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The ornamental design for a combined brush for tooth and gums and stand therefor, as shown and described.
