FIG. 2 is a front elevation view of the utility box;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view of the utility box;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the utility box;

FIG. 5 is a left-side elevation view of the utility box, the right-side elevation view being substantially the mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is bottom plan view of the utility box.

The broken line drawing of a dental chair arm in FIG. 1, and the broken line drawing of a water supply in FIG. 5 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
