FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The cross-hatching represents conventional shading and is understood to extend throughout the areas shown. The broken line showing of an automobile seat in FIG. 1 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a combined adjustable back support cushion and headrest for attachment to an automobile seat, as shown and described.
