FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view of the spotlight and base shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged plan view of the base shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a front elevationalview thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof.
