FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a ring binder showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an end elevational view thereof the undisclosed end being a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 7--7 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 8--8 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 9 is a top perspective view of a second embodiment of initial FIG. 1, it being understood that the only difference resides in the specific shape of the ring element; and,

FIG. 10 is an end elevational view thereof the undisclosed end being a mirror image.
