FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof, with the right side elevation being a mirror image;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view of a second embodiment thereof;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view of the embodiment of FIG. 7;

FIG. 9 is a left side elevational view of the embodiment of FIG. 7, with the right side elevation being a mirror image;

FIG. 10 is a bottom plan view of the embodiment of FIG. 7;

FIG. 11 is a rear elevational view of a third embodiment thereof;

FIG. 12 is a top plan view of the embodiment of FIG. 11;

FIG. 13 is a left side elevational view of the embodiment of FIG. 11, with the right side elevation being a mirror image;

FIG. 14 is a bottom plan view of the embodiment of FIG. 11;

FIG. 15 is a rear elevational view of a fourth embodiment thereof;

The front elevations of the embodiments of FIGS. 7, 11, and 15 are identical to the front elevational view shown in FIG. 2 of the embodiment of FIGS. 1 through 6.
