FIG. 2 is a front face view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a toe end view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a heel end view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a rear view of a second embodiment; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom view of FIG. 7, it being understood that the top and front views are the same as FIGS. 1 and 2.
