FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the upper, rear and left side view of the surgical console for ophthalmic surgery illustrated in FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a perspective view similar to FIG. 3 with the extended swing arm rotated to a forwardly extending position; and,

FIG. 6 is a perspective view similar to FIG. 1 with the information and control screen rotated to the right side.

The ornamental design for a surgical console for ophthalmic surgery, as shown and described.
