FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined container with lid, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view, shown in FIG. 1, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view, shown in FIG. 1, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a combined container with lid, showing a first manifold form of my new design;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom view being the same as shown in FIG. 3, and the side views being the same as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a combined container with lid, showing a second modified form of my new design, the top view being the same as shown in FIG. 7;

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a right side elevational view, shown in FIG. 8, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 11 is a left side elevational view, showing in FIG. 8, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof.
