FIG. 8 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 6;

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 6 the top plan view being a mirror image;

FIG. 10 is a cross sectional view taken along the lines 10--10 of FIG. 7;

FIG. 11 is a front elevational view of a buckle showing my new design in an assembled position;

FIG. 12 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 11;

FIG. 13 is a left end elevational view of FIG. 11; and,
