FIG. 8 is a top plan view thereof, showing the strap in use;

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view thereof, showing the strap in use; and,

FIG. 10 is a perspective view thereof, showing the strap in use.

The strap is removed from FIGS. 1-7 for clarify of illustration only.
