FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view similar to that of FIG. 2 and showing lowered elevational adjustment positioning thereof;

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view that shows an intermediate elevational table adjustment positioning of FIG. 6; and,

FIG. 8 is a side elevational view that shows a raised elevational table adjustment positioning of FIG. 6.
