FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an elevational view of one side of a shoe upper showing a second embodiment of my new design;

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view of a shoe upper as shown in FIG. 6; and,

FIG. 8 is a top plan view of a show upper as shown in FIG. 6.
