FIG. 4 is a bottom elevational view of the tip of FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a top elevational view of another specific embodiment of the tip;

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view of the tip of FIG. 5;

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view of the tip of FIG. 5 oriented at about 90 degrees from the view of FIG. 6; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom elevational view of the tip of FIG. 7.
