FIG. 1 is a front top perspective view of the folding chair embodying my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top right-side perspective view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a side view thereof folded; and,

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof.
