FIG. 4 is a rear elevational of the shoe upper shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the shoe upper shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view of the shoe upper shown in FIG. 1 with strap in an unfastened position; and,

FIG. 7 is a left side elevational view of the shoe upper as shown in FIG. 1 with the strap in an unfastened position.
