FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a surgical saw blade base showing my new design, the bottom plan view being identical thereto;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side elevational view being identical thereto;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of a second embodiment of FIG. 1, the bottom plan view being identical thereto; and,

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side elevational view being identical thereto.

The broken line showing of the cutting portion of the surgical saw blade in FIGS. 1, 2, 4 and 5 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
