FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view of an insert for a shoe;
FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view of an insert for a shoe taken
through line 4--4 of FIG. 1;
FIG. 5 is a front elevational view of an insert for a shoe as shown
in FIG. 1; and,
FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view of an insert for a shoe as shown
in FIG. 1.
The broken line showing the sole and upper portion of the shoe in
FIGS. 1 and 2 are for illustrative purposes and form no part of the
claimed design .
