FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, with views taken from the sides and rear being the same;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front perspective view of the planter alone shown for clarity;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view of the planter alone;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of the planter alone; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of the planter alone.

The ornamental design for a combined planter and tray, as shown and described.
