FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment thereof, the only difference residing in the configuration of the front elevation;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of a third embodiment thereof, the only difference residing in the configuration of the front elevation;

FIG. 9 is a front elevational view of a fourth embodiment thereof, the only difference residing in the configuration of the front elevation;

FIG. 10 is a front elevational view of a fifth embodiment thereof, the only difference residing in the configuration of the front elevation;

FIG. 11 is a front elevational view of a sixth embodiment thereof, the top, bottom, and rear being identical in appearance to the first embodiment; and,

FIG. 12 is a right side elevational view of the embodiment of FIG. 11, the left side being a mirror image of that shown.
