FIG. 7 is a sectional view taken on line 7--7 in FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 8 is a rear and upper left perspective view thereof shown on a reduced scale with a portable radio telephone. The broken line showing of the radio telephone is included for the purpose of illustrating environmental elements only and forms no part of the claimed design.
