FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view of FIG. 4; and,

FIG. 7 is another front elevational view of FIG. 4.

The fragmentary broken line representation of a bathroom wall in FIG. 1 and the broken line representation of a shroud in FIG. 6 and a pedestal in FIG. 7 are for purposes of illustration only and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a combined lavatory and vanity, as shown and described.
