FIG. 7 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a partial cross sectional view thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a left side elevational view with the base shown in entirety. The broken line shading of the below ground portion of the base is for illustrative purposes only and is not part of the above ground claimed design.

The base in FIGS. 1-8 is shown fragmented for convenience of illustration.
