The undisclosed portions of FIGS. 7-21 are identical to that shown in the first embodiment.

The opposite side view of the top portion in embodiments 2-6 are identical to that shown in the first embodiment. The side view of the top portion of the sixth embodiment (FIG. 19) is identical to that shown in the fourth embodiment (FIG. 13).

The ornamental design for a control handle for materials handling vehicle, as shown and described.
