FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevational view being identical;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a front, left, top perspective view of a second embodiment of that shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevational view being identical;

FIG. 11 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 12 is a bottom plan view thereof.

FIGS. 2-6 and 8-12 have been shown on a reduced scale with respect to FIGS. 1 and 7.
