FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view, the opposite side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a front perspective view with the cover in place;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a side elevational view, the opposite side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 11 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 12 is a front elevational view thereof.
