FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevation of a second embodiment of FIG. 2;

FIG. 7 is a right side elevation of FIG. 6; the left side elevation being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 8 is a front elevation of the third embodiment of FIG. 2;

FIG. 9 is a right side elevation of FIG. 8; the left side elevation being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 10 is a rear elevation of FIG. 1;

FIG. 11 is a rear elevation of FIG. 6; and,

FIG. 12 is a rear elevation of FIG. 8.

The top and the bottom surfaces of FIGS. 6 through 9 are similar to that shown in FIGS. 4 and 5.
