FIG. 4 is a right-side elevational view thereof, showing a shoe upper in phantom outline;

FIG. 5 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a sectional and fragmentary lower perspective view thereof taken along the line 7--7 of FIG. 1 and looking in the direction of the arrows.
