FIG. 2 is a front elevational view, the rear view being identical thereto;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view in an exploded condition, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view with the cap member removed for convenience of illustration; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The ornamental design for a combined dispenser and applicator for adhesive material, as shown and described.
