FIG. 2 is a reduced top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged left end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged right end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged cross-sectional view thereof, taken along line 5--5 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 6 is a fragmentary perspective view of the right end, showing the end portion partially extended; and,

FIG. 7 is a fragmentary perspective view of the right end, showing the end portion fully extended.
