FIG. 5 is an elevational view of another modified form of FIG. 1; and
FIG. 6 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line 6--6 of FIG. 5.
The other side of each of the scalpel blades of FIGS. 1, 3 and 5 is exactly the same as the side shown.
