FIG. 2 is a top perspective view thereof, in a fully opened position;

FIG. 3 is a top perspective view thereof, with the calendar insert in a fully opened position;

FIG. 4 is a top perspective view thereof, shown with the calendar insert removed for clarity of illustration only; and

FIG. 5 is a top perspective view thereof, with the calendar insert in a fully opened position and partially removed for clarity of illustration.

The broken lines shown in FIGS. 1-5 represent stitching.
