FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken along line 8--8 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 9 is a right side elevational view thereof showing the storage battery of a portable radio telephone being charged. The broken line showing of the telephone is included for the purpose of illustrating environmental elements only and forms no part of the claimed design.
