FIG. 3 is a side elevation view of FIG. 2, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 4 is a right end elevation view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of the sliding tray top thereof shown separately for clarity of illustration;

FIG. 7 is an end elevation view of FIG. 6, the opposite end being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 8 is a side elevation view of FIG. 6 the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 6;

FIG. 10 is a top plan view of the insert tray thereof shown separately for clarity of illustration;
