FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof having a pigtail thread attached thereto and wound thereon; and

FIG. 7 is a perspective view thereof showing the pigtail thread in an unwound position.

The ornamental design for a surgical bariatric trocar tip, substantially as shown and described.
