FIG. 9 is a left side elevational view thereof with the template raised and the reader attached;

FIG. 10 is a bottom plan view thereof with the reader attached;

FIG. 11 is a rear elevational view thereof with the template raised and the reader attached;

FIG. 12 is a top, front, right side perspective view thereof with the template cut away and in raised position and with the reader attached.
