FIG. 1 is a top view of a combined streamer decoration and closure showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a front view thereof, the rear view being a mirror image thereof;
FIG. 3 is a right side view thereof, the left side view being a mirror image thereof;
FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof, the lower layer being removed to expose the streamers and an adhesive layer shown with stippling; and,
FIG. 5 is a reduced perspective view thereof, in use, the shopping bag shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only.
