FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, both sides being identical;

FIG. 3 is an end elevational view thereof, both ends being identical;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of a second embodiment of the design of FIG. 1 in its open position;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 6;

FIG. 8 is an end elevational view of FIG. 6, both ends being identical;

FIG. 9 is an end elevational view of FIG. 6, in its position of use.

The ornamental design for a handle for shopping bags, as shown and described.
