FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear, sectional view thereof, taken in the direction of arrows along line 5--5 of FIG 3;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment of FIG. 1; the only difference being the height;

FIG. 7 is a right side elevational view of FIG 6, the left side being a mirror image;

FIG 8 is a front elevational view of a third embodiment of FIG. 1, the only difference being the height;

FIG. 9 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 8, the left side being a mirror image.
