FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a reinforcing ring for a container showing my new design, the opposite side view being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top perspective view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view thereof taken along the line 4--4 of FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof, wherein the reinforcing ring is attached to the container of a conventional shopping cart basket;

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view thereof, wherein the reinforcing ring is attached to the container of the over-the-counter shopping cart basket;

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view thereof, wherein the reinforcing ring is attached to the scanner shopping cart basket; and

FIG. 8 is a side elevational view thereof, wherein the reinforcing ring is attached to the milk crate.

The broken lines shown in FIGS. 5, 6, 7 and 9 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
