Description

FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a combined shelf and adjustable support arm for attachment to a table, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view; and

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof.

The ornamental design for a combined shelf and adjustable support arm for attachment to a table, as shown and described.
