FIG. 8 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being a mirror image;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a rear elevational view of a third embodiment thereof, FIG. 1 being a front elevational view, FIG. 2 being a top plan view and FIG. 6 being a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a rear elevational view of a fourth embodiment thereof, FIG. 1 being a front view, FIG. 2 being a top plan view and FIG. 6 being a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 13 is a left side elevational view of the third embodiment shown in FIG. 11; and

FIG. 14 is a left side elevational view of the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 12.
