FIG. 2 is an end elevational view, the opposite end being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The backing support is shown broken away in FIGS. 3, 4 and 5 to indicate indeterminate length.
