FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a toothbrush holder and cover therefor, showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof with the cover shown closing the toothbrush holder;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof with the cover in closing relationship with the holder; the side opposite that shown being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a sectional view thereof taken along the line 5--5 of of FIG. 3;

FIG. 6 is an end elevational view thereof, the end opposite that being shown a mirror image thereof; and

FIG. 7 is a sectional view taken along a line 7--7 of FIG. 3.

The ornamental design for a toothbrush holder and cover therefor, as shown and described.
