FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side being the mirror image of the right side;

FIG. 6 is a cross sectional view taken along line 6--6 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 7 is a cross sectional view taken along line 7--7 of FIG. 2; and

FIG. 8 is a fragmentary rear elevational view thereof.

The broken line representation of fitting holes in FIGS. 1, 3 and 4 are for illustration only.
